Events

I’ve lived with celiac disease for nearly 15 years and before that I spent years searching for answers. For almost as long as my diagnosis, I’ve been sharing my journey online.

I want to be clear: I’m not a medical professional. I’m just a girl on the internet, sharing her lived experience. There is some honest vulnerability in that. That said, I highly value research and reputable sources. I spend a lot of time and energy digging into trustworthy information, and it’s always been important to me to post ethically and authentically.

As this space has grown, I’m moving in a direction where I may be accepting payment for some of the content I share—particularly from brands that reach out that I genuinely enjoy and resources that I’ve curated for my website and invested my own time, money, and effort into. (I’m hoping to come out with a 12+ page gluten free life guide soon.) My hope is that you’ll stand with me in this transition to fair compensation. I’m grateful for your presence either way.

Here’s what won’t change: my values. I value this community deeply. I want us all (myself included) to keep learning, growing, and supporting one another. My goal is to cultivate a community that’s aligned with these values—thoughtful, informed, and uplifting.

If that resonates with you, thank you for being here and for being part of this journey.
