Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
Homemade salad dressing is extremely quick and easy to make, not to mention tasty! Here is my go-to dressing. I use it in this citrus beet salad, a copycat from my favorite salad at Mendocino Farms. I recently have been enjoying this dressing on a salad with fresh strawberries, avocado, bacon bits and goat cheese. Delicious!
Recycled mason jars come in handy for dressings. I have mason jars of all shapes and sizes and I definitely use them! They are useful for sauces and homemade pickled veggies. We also use ours as water glasses!
